All other trademarks not owned by Wanderlust Codes or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Wanderlust Codes or its subsidiaries.

LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS

Wanderlust Codes grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Wanderlust Codes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents: any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices: any derivative use of this site or its contents: any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant: or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of wanderlust.codes. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Wanderlust Codes and our associates without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing wanderlust.codes, or Wanderlust Codes name or trademarks without the express written consent of Wanderlust Codes. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Wanderlust Codes. You may not use any of Wanderlust Codes, wanderlust.codes or www.wanderlust.codes logo, Registered Business Name or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of a link, public/ private video content, screen casts, personal blog’s, product endorsement without express written permission.

1.0 SUPPORT

The hours of Support are between 10.00am-12.00pm
Plugin updates are free for the first 12 months.
All Support questions must be submitted via our help desk at info@wanderlust-webdesign.com
All Support questions will be answered in around 24 business hours from the initial contact.
We offer Support to all Customers that have purchased our extensions at Wanderlust Codes, www.wanderlust.codes
We DO NOT offer Support to customers that have purchased our extensions anywhere other than Wanderlust Codes, www.wanderlust.codes
If a customer is found to have downloaded, obtained any of Wanderlust Codes products from another source, the source of the download, distribution of Wanderlust Codes files is in breech of our Copyright & Website License terms, all matters will be investigated under the International Copyright Laws.
We do offer support over Team Viewer, Skype, Google + the cost per hour is U$S50.- (and the minimum it’s 1 hour). THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

1.1 TERMS OF SUPPORT

Under the terms of Support we must be granted administration access to the Website, or access via FTP in which our product was installed.
If a customer deny’s access to the Website in which our Product was installed we can not offer any Support, therefore any claims to our Product “not working” will be deemed null and void.
If The Client’s website has technical coding, defects, damage or hosting problems not caused by Wanderlust Codes; Wanderlust Codes will not be able to offer Support or Fix the Client’s Website.

WEBSITE LICENCE / LICENCE KEY

Upon purchase of a product at Wanderlust Codes, you purchase a Single Website license.
The Single Website License includes free Updates.

REFUNDS

Given the digital nature of the goods and immediate delivery of the product, refunds are typically not provided. If installation of the product produces errors on your server, we will make all efforts to correct the errors in a reasonable amount of time or if the change cannot be made to the extension, will provide basic direction as to what server settings may need to be changed. Changing any server setting or OS environment variable is the responsibility of the purchaser. Likewise, refunds cannot be issued if the product works, but does not “fit your needs”. Determining whether the product is appropriate for your purposes, is the responsibility of the purchaser. 1.2 REFUNDS EVALUATION

If a refund is requested, an evaluation is required to establish whether the product purchased has been configured and installed correctly. A 1.0 SUPPORT request submitted by the the customer is mandatory, under no circumstances will a refund request be granted without a thorough evaluation from a member of SUPPORT at Wanderlust Codes, www.wanderlust.codes
All 1.1 TERMS OF SUPPORT must be adhered to.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not exchange Products or Platforms.
It is the customers responsibility to purchase the correct product. Wanderlust Codes WILL NOT exchange/swap your extension for another extension. It is also the customers responsibility to establish they have purchased the correct Platform.  Wanderlust Codes will not exchange your product if you have not purchased the correct Platform.

DATA POLICY

First, we want to let you know, that we care about the privacy and security of your data. Saying that we, want to clarify that we receive data from our plugins to connect our API’s with external API’s in order to provide faster reposes on our calls. We DO NOT storage or share any data, we just use it to communicate between API call’s and responses. This calls are certified by this third-party API owners. You can always send us an email for any further questions.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. wanderlust.codes, www.wanderlust.codes and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Products sold for download through www.wanderlust.codes are the sole work of Wanderlust Codes and are provided “as-is” with no expressed or implied warranty or suitability claims. As the buyer, you accept all responsibility for all outcomes from installing and/or using the downloads sold through www.wanderlust.codes by Wanderlust Codes.
Extensions sold at www.wanderlust.codes are tested on the Standard WordPress environment using the standard Themes built into the core and are duly tested prior to release on the latest version of a standard WordPress installation. Any incompatibilities with third-party themes and plugins are beyond Wanderlust Codes (www.wanderlust.codes) responsibility.
All products are provided ‘as is’ and in no case is it implied that they will function as expected under any setup or configuration nor with any or all 3rd party plugins or software or server environment.
Moreover, all downloads are copyright to wanderlust.codes and CANNOT be resold elsewhere. Doing so violates international copyright laws.
We take care of all installations related with Payment and Shipping Gateways, so we will need URL and login info in order to be able to perform the integration.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Wanderlust Codes or to products you purchase through www.wanderlust-webdesign.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in London, UK,  except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Wanderlust Codes intellectual property rights, wanderlust-.codes may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of London, UK, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.. The UK Courts award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
