Please be advised of the following important service updates from FedEx. Customers using FedEx Web Services will be unable to process certain transactions during the time periods listed below:

September 5, 2015: Production and Test Environment Interruption:

Start Date and Time: Saturday, September 5, 2015, 9 p.m. CT
End Date and Time: Sunday, September 6, 2015, 1 a.m. CT
Duration: 4 hours
Affected Environment: Production and Test
Affected Functionality: Rating, Shipping and Tracking

September 14-18, 2015: Test Environment Interruption:
Due to scheduled maintenance updates to the FedEx test environment, customers may encounter an unstable test environment from 7 a.m. CT September 14 to 11:59 p.m. CT September 18.

Please ensure that the appropriate team members are aware of these important updates. We regret any inconvenience due to these service interruptions.
